Combi boilers suit most flats and smaller family homes: instant hot water, no tanks, and freed-up cupboard space. Larger homes with more than one bathroom often do better with a system boiler and hot water cylinder, so two showers can run at once without the temperature dropping.

Moving your boiler — from a kitchen to a loft or garage, for example — is also no problem. We handle the flue, condensate, gas run and pipework alterations as part of the job.
